At Savon Trek, we take pride in the quality of our outdoor and travel products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products not due to our error

• Items returned after 7 days from delivery

• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of cash on pickup/return or another agreed-upon method.

• Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after return approval.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Exchange Option

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
